Our workshops are a vibrant, experiential blend of framework learning, peer consulting, and self-application.

Once you register, you’ll get pre-work from us, designed to introduce you to some of the learning concepts and begin exploring the transition case on your mind right now. During the workshop, you’ll learn frameworks of Adaptive Leadership and immediately apply them to your own case. You’ll also join small groups where you’ll apply, discuss, and consult each other in real time.

We believe in artifacts and aftercare – so you’ll end your time with us with a collection of post-workshop tools and application exercises to integrate your learnings into life and work. 

This is not a traditional classroom — think of it as a training room.
